1. Booking & confirmation
Home cleaning is booked and paid online on our website. Business clients request a quote by email or our request form. WhatsApp and phone are for questions before you book.
2. Prices & payment
- All prices shown include VAT at 13.5%.
- Payment is due in full before the cleaning, unless you are a business client or billed monthly.
- Business cleaning is quoted per site by email.
3. Transport fee
A flat €40 transport fee is added to every deep cleaning, after builders cleaning and end of tenancy cleaning, as our cleaners bring all the equipment and products.
4. Products & equipment
- Regular house cleaning: you supply the products and equipment (vacuum, mop, cloths, cleaning products).
- Deep, after builders and end of tenancy cleaning: we bring everything.
5. Changing your date
Tell us at least 3 days (72 hours) before your clean. Later changes are treated as set out in our cancellation policy.
6. Cleaning plans
Bi-weekly and weekly plans can be paid by card as a binding 3-month plan (charged monthly, stopping automatically after 3 months) or as a single month with no contract. The 3-month plan can't be cancelled before the term ends. After that, simply rebook to continue.
7. Your cleaner
We can't promise a specific cleaner, but you can email us to ask for someone and we'll do our best.
8. Access & being at home
- Make sure we can get in at the agreed time, with hot water and electricity on.
- Be there (or available by phone) at the end to inspect the work.
9. Photos
Cleaners may take before and after photos only to check the work. They are never used for advertising.
10. Other policies
Your booking is also covered by our client policy, cancellation policy and privacy policy.
